An Interview with Ebrahim Golestan

The interviewer opens with an introduction of Ebrahim Golestan, his writings, translations and motion pictures. Ebrahim Golestan has been residing outside Iran for 3 decades though has always kept in touch with Bahmanbeigi. Golestan mentions the last time he met Bahmanbeigi to be in 1972 although he has been in touch with him through phone or correspondence. He is highly fond of Bahmanbeigi's personality and talks about his progressiveness in his youth. Golestan describes Bahmanbeigi as patient, frank, moral, pure, with a great sense of humor and witty.
"His books in Farsi are classic and remarkable and his proficiency in Farsi is strong" Golsetan describes Bahmanbeigi's works. He criticizes those who call Bahmanbeigi's endeavors" in favor of the Regime" and relate them to foreigners with a harsh tone. At the end of the interview Golestan praises Bahmanbeigi's wife and children and says "until you live and remember him, he lives, Mohammad lives…"
