Nomadic sports complex
In 1972, a 13-acre land was granted by the province office of natural resources in Ab Barik, Shiraz on which a sports complex was built with a budget from Budget and Planning Organization. The complex included facilities for basketball, handball, and volleyball. Additionally, the complex contained a soccer field and a swimming pool as well as the facilities for track and field and horseback riding.
What encouraged Bahmanbeigi to establish this complex were the accomplishments of nomadic students in various sports events and a great number of nomadic high school students and future teachers under training who had a strong interest in sports.
